NOTE: The following are a number of scenes originally thought of as being useful, they were however later omitted from the evential final edit, these clip do not form part of the final cut (above)

The reason for not using the following scenes relates to issues such as continuity in the trailer, but also having  the correct clips present in the trailer, (Some clips may be longer than they would have been in the final cut)
